Be visual, and make the messages visible everywhere.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\">I often create visual strategic roadmaps than can be posted throughout an organisation to remind people of the importance of the company&#8217;s mission, vision, and strategies.<\/h5>\n\n<h5 style=\"color: #000080;\">People who know what is expected and how they contribute are more engaged and committed than those who do not.<\/h5>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<details id=\"e-n-accordion-item-8331\" class=\"e-n-accordion-item\" >\n\t\t\t\t<summary class=\"e-n-accordion-item-title\" data-accordion-index=\"2\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"e-n-accordion-item-8331\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class='e-n-accordion-item-title-header'><div class=\"e-n-accordion-item-title-text\"> 2.
