nearly unexpectedly declared bankruptcy; American the Justice Department then started an investigation into possible fraud.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Everything about the business that had previously been praised and admired&#8212;its daring, vitality, profitability, inventiveness, entrepreneurial spirit, etc<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000080;\">became suddenly associated with the opposite and negative ideas.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Enron&#8217;s reputation collapsed as the company&#8217;s main operations failed.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">After that, no amount of corporate image maintenance could have kept Enron&#8217;s reputation
