Nowadays in workplaces, you see two people disagreeing on something and then starting to have a conflict that grows continuously to an extreme extent of one another’s physical harm,<\/span>
that is how toxic some discussions in the world have become.<\/span>
Respect at its core is the ability to understand that while you may not agree with the other person,<\/span>
you must show regard for their wishes, feelings, and rights.<\/span>

There has been much discussion about equality in our day-to-day lives in many different areas.<\/span>
No one wants to be treated as unequal or discriminated against when it comes to being hired, treated, promoted, or penalized in a workplace.<\/span>
Being discriminated against shows that you are working with someone who is not well-rounded, ethical, or moral whatsoever.<\/span>
Being an ethical leader means that everyone is the same in your eyes and it creates an attitude that looks at issues with the same level of respect around the team disregarding their gender, looks, style and any other thing than their outcome.<\/span>
Be very mindful of how you react to issues because it shapes how you are, whether inside the organisation or even more critically, within your team.<\/span>

Leadership is influence, but you need to be a leader who can be trusted and act with integrity.<\/span>
Integrity is a mixture of ownership, being a good role model, and keeping your promises combined together to produce the integral person that people would love to interact with and follow.<\/span>
