reviews were done on an annual basis, thinking that companies need at least 12 months to assess performance and to reduce the workload of doing it which in the modern world is fading away as more and more companies and startups are moving toward having a more frequent performance appraisal which encourages leaders to conduct quarterly, monthly and weekly sessions if needed.<\/span><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6446ac0 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget
