It&#8217;s a great method to get very thorough feedback on the individual based on everyone they interact with inside of the gather inputs from their manager, their team, and their peers (the team members who are in different teams but they are on your same level or you interact with them very frequently) and a team member was all picked because they work closely with the person and not randomly which can give much better insight than just collecting the evaluation from the leader
