across the globe, relaying that feedback to their headquarters facility in La Coruna, Spain in order to update their manufacturing accordingly.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Zara&#8217;s average time to manufacture new style clothes is just 15 days, whereas other brands manufacture their new styles once or twice per season.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: business.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Using PDAs, the staff regularly ask for customers&#8217; feedback on what they liked or not, their choice of design, color, fabric, and anything that could give an insight into the customer&#8217;s preference and style.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Employees would also use these PDAs to quickly check item size availability in the store<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The biggest reason why Zara is more successful than Gap or any of its competitors is that they do not rely on guesswork to
