The main idea of the Trait Theory is that certain inherent personal qualities or traits make individuals better suited to leadership roles.<\/span><\/h5>
Trait theorists suggest that these traits are relatively stable and enduring over time, and that individuals possess them to varying degrees. These traits include characteristics such as intelligence, self-confidence, determination, integrity, and sociability, among others.<\/span><\/h5>
The Trait Theory proposes that individuals with high levels of these traits are more likely to become successful leaders than those without them.<\/span><\/h5>
However, it is important to note that the Trait Theory does not claim that these traits are the only determining factor in leadership success, and that other factors such as situational factors and learned skills also play a significant role.<\/span><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Many different lists of leadership traits have emerged over the years.
