However, during times of peace and stability, women leaders tend to be underrepresented due to gender stereotypes that prevent their emergence.<\/font><\/h5><h5><font color=\"#000080\">Successful crisis leadership involves analysing the situation, delegating tasks, and coordinating actions to address the crisis. It&#8217;s also important for leaders to be aware of emotions and communicate effectively with their followers.<\/font><\/h5><h5><font color=\"#000080\">For example, a leader who takes responsibility for mistakes and expresses sadness is often rated more favorably than one who denies or expresses anger.<\/font><\/h5><h5><font color=\"#000080\">Good crisis leadership can have positive effects even after the crisis is over.
