an animal, what type would it be?&#8221;<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">can project the organisation into metaphorical ways going beyond the rational and analytical conversation<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">therefore opening up for imagination and co-creation<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">Another way to instigate co-creation is through so-called circular questions<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">The purpose is to ask questions that create difference, and inspiring directions that generate new possibilities of understanding and new meanings.<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">For instance, if the question changes to &#8220;If I asked the employees of this company how long this issue has been going around, what do you think they would say?&#8221;<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">the answer to this type of question provides information about the relationship among ideas, people, contexts, and so on,<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">and not just fact-finding. Circular questions stimulate people into opening up multiple descriptions of a situation, therefore amplifying the possibilities for imagining and co-creating multiple solutions<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">These types of questions illustrate how dialogue, imagination, and co-creation play a role in organisational development<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">deconstructing old patterns of thinking about a subject, co-creating new meanings, and opening up transformation within the organisation<\/span><\/h5><h5 tabindex=\"0\" data-element-id=\"ebookHeading4\" data-node-type=\"text\" data-magic=\"col-description\"><span style=\"color: #011c7c;\">Therefore, according to social constructionism, creating a space for dialogical conversations by making use of imagination increases the process of change through co-creation of new possibilities<\/span><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","class_list":["post-26472","lesson","type-lesson","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
