The principal change agent will depend on an organization&#8217;s change life cycle.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">For example, John King, chairman of British Airways, made difficult decisions such as downsizing, organizational restructuring, and elimination of unprofitable routes &#8212; allowing the airline to upgrade its fleet of jets and cut costs.
