HR may have to cut staff, reduce benefits, change work rules or employ a combination of such actions. A major strategic concern during a bankruptcy is retaining key personnel.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Compassion, frequent communication and expeditious decision-making will help reduce the stress an organization&#8217;s employees are likely to experience during this difficult organizational change.
