and systems (e.g., culture, work systems, structure, past strategy and performance, dynamics\/politics, and decision-making process.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Followed by setting goals and objectives that must be SMART to be motivating enough for employees to follow and feel committed to.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Finally, all these steps will help in formulating a business strategy that should be aligned with departments goals and objectives.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Nowadays, one main source of competitive advantage is &#8220;people&#8221;.
