all four of the stipulated HR roles and create job descriptions for each.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Confusion over the model.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Some businesses argue that the model is obsolete. However, Ulrich has made several updates over the years, with the most recent being in 2012.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Some businesses also believe that the Ulrich model proposes a blueprint for restructuring HR with defined job titles.
