the right times to respond<br \/>If you&#8217;re too distracted and overwhelmed, you might respond incorrectly or impulsively.<br \/>Making sure that people understand that you&#8217;re busy right now and that you&#8217;ll get back to them after a certain amount of time, will help everyone around you to have their expectations set.<br \/>And of course, with your observation, you can notice when someone is too overwhelmed and pick to withdraw yourself<br \/>and discuss stuff later when the person is more attentive and free, will get you what you want in a calm environment, and will make sure
