Neither have we and most likely because it doesn&#8217;t exist. Every single organisation worldwide has a certain level of conflict and it exists internally within the organisation and can exist externally with other companies as well.<\/h5>\n<h5>The level of conflict is the main focus area when dealing with conflicts and as a leader, you&#8217;ll see it with your team members but the severity of the conflict determines how you deal with it. You could find two members having a healthy conflict on how to perform a certain task and they are competitive with each other in doing it perfectly but they aren&#8217;t really fighting and this would show a healthy interaction between people.<\/h5>\n<h5>Or you could have a more severe conflict where two team members are complaining about each other for whatever reason that is not related to work. Conflict cannot disappear, it happens and will happen, and dealing with it is the leader&#8217;s part.<\/h5>\n<h5>Dealing with conflict has a guidance method as well, it&#8217;s a variation of management which is called conflict management.<\/h5>\n<h5>Conflict management is a skill that leaders must be able to use when needed to help foster a productive working environment. There is a realisation that conflict management should be a skill that leaders need to give priority to learning and learning it inside out.<\/h5>\n<h5>The inability of a leader to deal with conflict will not only lead to negative outcomes but may also undermine the credibility of the leader to lead the team.<\/h5>\n<h5>Whereas if a leader is able to establish an atmosphere of cooperation and encourage teamwork, making it clear that this is his\/her value system, there is a chance that this value system will be inspired and used by the entire organisation.<\/h5>\n<h5>Therefore, it is very important that we discuss and address conflict management as a leadership skill.<\/h5>\n<h5>First, What is conflict?<\/h5>\n<h5>According to the Webster Dictionary, defines conflict as &#8220;the competitive or opposing action of incompatibles: an antagonistic state or action.&#8221; For some, the definition of conflict may include war, military conflict, or political conflict.<\/h5>\n<h5>For others, conflict means the disagreement that arises when two or more people or parties share a common goal. Conflict means different things to different people, so finding a universal or true definition is very difficult.<\/h5>\n<h5>To further complicate this, if one party feels that they are in a conflicting situation, the other party may think that they are simply discussing their disagreement.<\/h5>\n<h3>Levels of conflict<\/h3>\n<h5>There are 4 known levels of conflicts Interpersonal conflict, Intrapersonal conflict, Intergroup conflict, and Intragroup conflict.<\/h5>\n<details id=\"e-n-accordion-item-2200\" open>\n<summary data-accordion-index=\"1\" tabindex=\"0\" unable to find solutions on their own.<br \/>People who are unable to deal with their own internal conflicts can affect their relationships with others and therefore create interpersonal
