Leader’s strengths<\/h3>\n

When we say leader’s strength, we don’t mean that the leader can lift more weight, these are the areas that the leader can stand out in the crowd.<\/h5>\n
There are a set of tools that the leader must personally possess in order for them to be able to give value rather than filling a position of a leader.
When we mentioned situational awareness, this could be your strength.<\/h5>\n
When we mentioned communication skills, this could also be your strength.<\/h5>\n
The idea here is not to have a specific area where you must excel in and ignore the others.<\/h5>\n
The goal is to be able to identify your shortfalls and work on them so you can have the most of everything that distinguishes a leader from others.<\/h5>\n
\n\n\t\t\t\t\t Being Self-Aware:
\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>
\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n

The best way to improve in any aspect of your journey starts with knowing yourself.<\/h5>\n
You must know what are your own leadership strengths as well as your leadership weaknesses.<\/h5>\n
You must be able to assess yourself clearly so that you will know what leadership style you need to implement.<\/h5>\n
Self-awareness, once mastered, will give you insights that will always push you forward<\/h5>\n
But you need to keep an open mind that you are not expected to have all the answers or do everything right.<\/h5>\n
Know that you are still getting to know yourself and be mindful of your strengths and weaknesses.<\/h5>\n<\/details>\n

As explained in the previous lesson, situational awareness is a big success factor in the leader’s journey.
By understanding the situation clearly, analysing all the factors that are affecting the situation to go in one direction than the other.
By being aware, you’ll be better informed and accordingly you’ll be able to make better decisions.<\/h5>\n<\/details>\n

Conflict in business may go beyond the workplace as it can involve customers, suppliers, and even competitors.
Your ability to navigate this conflict into something productive, makes you a leader and an artist at the same time.<\/h5>\n<\/details>\n
