Well, we’re here to get this one covered for you.
What these people are referring to is their personality type based on the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator or also known as the 16 personalities test.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test, typically based on psychological attributes and is usually used to determine differing strengths and types of personalities in a workplace or other setting.

It’s a self-report inventory designed to identify a person’s personality type, strengths, and preferences.

The test questionnaire was developed by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs based on their work with Carl Jung’s theory of personality types.

Today, the MBTI inventory is considered one of the world’s most widely used psychological instruments to identify personalities.

Based on the answers to the questions, people are identified as having one of 16 personality types which are: ESTJ, ENTJ, ESFJ, ENFJ, ISTJ, ISFJ, INTJ, INFJ, ESTP, ESFP, ENTP, ENFP, ISTP, ISFP, INTP & INFP.

Don’t worry, we’ll be covering every letter and its combination through this topic so you’re able to easily decode it.

The goal of the MBTI is to allow people to further explore and understand their own personalities

Including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.

Although we must highlight that there’s no one personality type that is the best type or a better type than another.

The test is not designed to look for abnormalities or personality issues.

Instead, the goal of it is simply to help you learn more about yourself.

The questionnaire itself is made up of four different scales.

<details id="e-n-accordion-item-2040" open>

      1) Extraversion (E) &
