External Self-awareness<\/h3>\n
It’s everything about the people around you. It’s how you work on yourself to display yourself in a certain way to others because of how you value their opinions. It’s about how you can look at yourself from other people’s points of view and what you do with the insights you get from their perspective about you.<\/h5>\n
External self-awareness has a big influence on how other people perceive you.<\/h5>\n
The best way to work on your external self-awareness is feedback. Feedback works a huge deal into giving you information on how others perceive you and by accepting feedback, you would literally be getting information on how others look at you and how you really look at them.<\/h5>\n
Working on external self-awareness starts with your openness to others’ opinions, you can disagree with an opinion about you but don’t reject the input. Rejecting the input will put you in a position where everyone will think twice before giving you feedback and accordingly, you’ll be left out only with your own input. Talk to others, ask them what they think about you, and gather more information, more information will automatically help you work on this side.<\/h5>\n

There’s no doubt that you should always practice enhancing your internal, external, and self-reflection levels and aim to be The Aware archetype of self-awareness.<\/h5>\n
Aiming for this will help you explore yourself and at the same time learn from everything around you.<\/h5>\n
Being open to feedback and accepting of others’ points of view could be a tricky thing to have but at the same time, it’s the most rewarding.<\/h5>\n
Being humble and questioning yourself in a healthy way with an intent to understand yourself and be more connected to who you are is also a great way to be more self-aware.<\/h5>\n
Being a leader doesn’t mean that you’re great with understanding others only, it’s also about understanding yourself and knowing what you need to work on and what are your blind spots, self-awareness will move you many levels up and much closer to whatever the goal you’re aiming for is because as you know, it all starts with yourself.<\/h5>\n
