Stakeholders<\/h3>\n

Key stakeholders to be involved in strategic planning are those having a vested interest in the success of the organisation.<\/h5>\n
They include employees, unions, customers, vendors, shareholders, regulatory agencies, owners, supply chain partners, community members, and others who depend on and\/or serve the organisation.<\/h5>\n
Each has a unique perspective about what it will take for the organisation to succeed. External stakeholder opinions and insights are especially valuable in the early stages of planning where they add insight to understanding the operating environment, as well as to a vision of the organisation’s future.<\/h5>\n
