Based on this figure, managers usually define a corporate strategy that is based on the analysis of both external and internal environment. From such corporate strategy, managers design an HR strategy, including HR planning (deciding number of labours needed and skills required), and design of jobs and work systems (what workers do, what they need, how jobs interface with others).<\/h5>\n

Such HR strategy is based on laws and regulations employment, which helps in identifying HR information systems.
