Businesses operate in a dynamic environment that has a direct influence on how they operate and whether they will achieve their objectives.<\/h5>\n
This external business environment consists of various organisations and forces that can be analysed using different tools.<\/h5>\n
Some may believe that such tools are used in Strategic Management. However, literature is supporting the use of these tools from a Human Resource perspective.<\/h5>\n
