In this situation you usually find yourself in a dilemma of whether you should accept the behaviors because the technical outcome compensates for it, and usually there&#8217;s a question that causes even more confusion that comes from this team member which is: I&#8217;m doing my tasks, what more do you want from me?.<br \/>As Herb Kelleher, CEO of Southwest airlines, says: You don&#8217;t hire for skills, you hire for attitude.<\/h5>\n<h5>You can always teach skills.
