That is alignment. The shared purpose between a group of people in doing something is the push forward that will ensure that it actually happens.<\/h5>\n<h5>Leadership alignment means that a group of people understand the shared objectives and agree on what they need to do and what their teams\/colleagues need to do to reach them. Misalignment creates chaos, if you&#8217;re a leader and work in an organisation that created a new strategy, you will sense the difference between the leaders who are supporting that strategy and the leaders who aren&#8217;t.<\/h5>\n<h5>You&#8217;ll see a lot of setbacks, delays, missed deadlines, and ultimately, high turnover.<\/h5>\n<h5>Same applies to your team, when your team is not aligned, you will have missed deadlines, burnouts and ultimately the team members who you invested time and effort into making high performers will leave you so, here&#8217;s what you need to
