Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can give you a lot of insight into your personality.<\/h5>\n
This is probably why this tool has become so popular. Even if you don’t take any formal surveys, you can probably spot some of these trends right away.<\/h5>\n
Recognizing your own strengths and understanding the strengths of others can be very helpful when working in group situations, such as at school or work. As you work with other members of your group to complete a project, you may discover that certain members of your group have the skills and talents to perform certain actions.<\/h5>\n
By recognizing these differences, groups can better assign tasks and work together to achieve goals.<\/h5>\n
However, the Myers-Briggs type differs in some important ways.<\/h5>\n
First, MBTI is not really just a test.<\/h5>\n
There are no right or wrong answers.<\/h5>\n
