the Great Man theory<\/h3>\n
However, the Great Man theory cannot answer a list of questions such as<\/h5>\n
“What about people who have supposed leader traits but are not leaders?”<\/h5>\n
or “what about the leaders who don’t possess those traits but still succeed in leadership and management?”<\/h5>\n
In this regard, Ronald Reagan’s words sound quite appropriate:<\/h5>\n
“The greatest leader is not one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things.”<\/h5>\n

Alexander The Great – Example of The Great Man theory of leadership<\/h3>\n
Alexander was born into the royal family of Macedonia in 356 BC and was tutored by the philosopher Aristotle, who is said to have influenced his thinking on leadership and politics.<\/h5>\n
From a young age, Alexander demonstrated a natural talent for leadership, and he quickly rose to become a commander in his father’s army. After his father’s death, Alexander became king of Macedonia and set out to conquer much of the known world, including Persia, Egypt, and parts of India.<\/h5>\n
Alexander was known for his courage, charisma, and strategic thinking, which are qualities often associated with the Great Man theory of leadership.
