Imagine having a team and they&#8217;ve been working so hard throughout the whole month and then by the end of the month, instead of appreciation, they just get new targets because you&#8217;ve failed to measure what they have done.<\/h5>\n<h5>The measurable aspect of a goal is preferably a numeric factor.<br \/>For an example, a non-measurable goal would be: I want to lose weight.<\/h5>\n<h5>A measurable goal would be: I want to lose 10 kilos.
