A consistent person always behaves in the same way, has the same attitude towards people and things, and achieves the same success at something. We&#8217;ve observed consistency for so long that you concluded that consistency requires a very important element which is Self-motivation. Being a self-motivated person requires you to give yourself the correct purpose for activities within yourself. Once you have a purpose in what you are doing that is bigger than whatever you hear from others will ignite this spark to keep moving forward and push through even at times when you don&#8217;t want to complete a certain task due to whatever the reason it is, being consistent will ensure short-term goals has the same quality and long-term goals are achieved. Don&#8217;t just have consistency, show it and practice it in front of your team because when you are a consistent person, your team will follow the same organised mindset.<\/h5>\n<h5>Your consistency will be tested at all times, it will be tested when you are faced with a difficult decision or a specific expected result, and especially at not-so-optimistic times, your ability to do the same and push forward will inspire everyone around you and it will build your strength to be doing what you believe in and what you need to do disregarding the circumstances or the environment.<\/h5>\n<h5>The way to build consistency is simple, manage your expectations and understand that progress comes incrementally. All good things take time, right? That is your faith in consistency. Being consistent at being 1% better every day means that by the end of the year, you will be 365% better so here&#8217;s what you need to do:<\/h5>\n<h5>If you want to build your emotional
