Leaders tend to behave in ways that align with the expectations of their followers. This means that the expectations of followers can influence the behavior of leaders, which can have a significant impact on team performance.<\/font><\/h5>\n<h5><font color=\"#000080\">On the other hand, role ambiguity and role conflict can negatively impact leader behavior. When leaders are unclear about their role or face conflicting expectations, it can lead to confusion and indecisiveness.<\/font><\/h5>\n<h5><font color=\"#000080\">One of the limitations of the Managerial Grid\/Leadership Grid Theory is that it oversimplifies the complex nature of leadership.
