For example, Nike&#8217;s failed ERP implementation cost the company a total loss of $500 million from both lost sales and project budget costs, as well as several lawsuits resulting from unfulfilled orders.<\/h5>\n<h5>Key qualities of a change agent, as well as their relationship with the key decision-makers, ultimately decide the fate of any change initiative.
