Formal Channels of Communication<\/h3>\n

Formal communication content is related to the activity of the organisation and can include verbal messages, nonverbal messages, written messages in the form of letters, newsletters, telephone messages, radio messages, printed notes, and internal notes.<\/h5>\n
Even a few gestures can include formal communication The messages are sent by authorized individuals, these messages arrive on official channels to those who need to respond, to people or machines who need to know the content of these messages.<\/h5>\n
All formal communications are typically recorded and kept in the organisation’s evidence.
The formal communication network of an organisation is essentially the same as its network of reporting relationships and lines of authority (Greenberg & Baron, 2008).
The formal communication network is made up of formal channels that are established by establishing a formal system of responsibilities based on the organisation’s hierarchical structure.<\/h5>\n
A formal communication channel transmits information such as an organisation’s goals, policies, and procedures.
Messages in this type of communication channel are routed according to a command chain.<\/h5>\n
