A responsibility matrix is a tool used in project management to help managers assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.<\/h5>\n
It can be used to track the progress of a project, as well as to identify potential issues before they arise.<\/h5>\n

R, A, C, I stands for:<\/h3>\n
