The impact of an unstable environment on the leaders and team members
\n<\/h3>\n

The destabilization caused by accelerated change impacts both the professional and personal life of leaders and team members in different ways. Although the consequences may greatly vary from one person to the other, they will all result from an excessive amount of stress. It will be difficult for them to build anything lasting in a context of intense pressure.<\/h5>\n
This is how all types of addictions work excessively or it may even lead to more severe outcomes like the need to use medicines to be better, similar outcomes eventually find their way into many people’s lives, as well as a loss of concentration, nervous breakdowns, burnouts and increased problems in their private lives.<\/h5>\n
Such destabilizing factors will always have diverse impacts on the leader’s and team members’ professional life. Some leaders and team members may become workaholics, thus increasing their degree of quality decrease and the risk of multiple errors. Others will, on the contrary, do as little as possible, therefore falling into a kind of laziness, which they will pass on to their team or colleague.<\/h5>\n
Some people may also stop sharing information, thus generating interpersonal conflicts or even increased employee turnover. In extreme cases, some leaders will exert moral or psychological harassment, thus pushing their own issues onto others. Whatever its causes, the resulting destabilization will kill the ability of leaders and team members to adapt to change and technologies, whether in a private or professional context.<\/h5>\n
