Not all organisations have everything, which means that in some areas an organisation could be lacking a certain capability whether it’s financial or human related, a leader knows how to use the available resources to their maximum benefit for the organisation and the people as well.<\/h5>\n

In business, leadership is linked to performance, and any leadership definition has to take that into consideration.<\/h5>\n
